With the galloping strides
of onward caravan
I got snarled up
in a forlorn web,
the moment I awoke
out of the blue
found myself amidst an OASIS,
with some paralyzed hopes,
a perplexed heart,
despondent psyche,
and an astonished soul
Those smothering vibes
evoked me to plunge into
a mirage of earthy yearnings,
I kind of did so
but left with some poignant memories,
some humane desires
brooding heart, and
I craved for the enlightenment
every now and then
a brook soaked me all over then,
and I shone in a strange way
in that OASIS.
